Storage Space and Files Policy
We are committed to providing a secure and flexible environment for storing your files and attachments. To ensure the best experience, we have organized our storage mechanism according to the following standards:
Free and Additional Storage
- Upon subscribing to any paid plan, you will automatically receive a free 500 MB storage allowance allocated to your workspace.
- If you need more space after exhausting your free limit, you can always upgrade and purchase additional storage capacity via your billing settings to meet your organizational needs.
What Happens When Storage is Full?
- To maintain account stability, we will send you an alert notification when your usage approaches the maximum limit (at 90% capacity).
- If your usage reaches 100%, the ability to upload new files or attachments will be temporarily paused. However, your existing files will remain safe, and you can access and download them at any time. You can resume uploading by deleting older files or purchasing an additional storage add-on.
Expired Storage Subscriptions Policy
If your additional storage subscription expires and is not renewed, we will not delete your files immediately. Instead, we apply the following procedure to ensure your data remains protected:
- Grace Period: You will enter a 30-day grace period, during which your maximum storage limit will revert back to the basic free allowance (500 MB).
- Reminder Notifications: Throughout this grace period, we will send periodic email reminders alerting you that your storage usage exceeds your free limit.
- Automatic Resolution: You can stop these alerts and cancel the grace period at any time during the 30 days by taking one of two actions: either renew your storage subscription, or log in to your account and delete unnecessary files until your usage returns to 500 MB or less.
- Automatic Deletion of Excess Files: If the grace period expires and you have neither renewed the subscription nor reduced your file usage, the system will automatically protect your account by purging only the excess files (starting from the most recently uploaded, down to the oldest) until your storage size matches the basic free limit (500 MB).
Important Excess files that are automatically deleted during the purge process cannot be recovered. Please ensure you renew your storage subscription or manually reduce your usage before the grace period ends to avoid losing any important data.
