Packs and add-ons
When one limit is not enough, you don't have to change your whole plan. You can buy only the extra you need. This page explains each kind of pack and when to use it.

Tip Compare the price of a pack with the next plan up before upgrading. A pack raises just the one limit you ran out of.
Responses packs
A responses pack adds extra responses to one survey, or extra records to one form, that you choose.
- When a survey or form is close to its limit, a notice appears on its screen.
- Click the Add more button in the notice. It shows how many responses the pack adds and its price.
- Complete the payment.
What to know:
- It's a one-time purchase. It doesn't renew and never expires.
- It is used only after the period's normal allowance runs out. Whatever is left of it carries over to the next period.
- You can buy as many as you need.
One more survey, form or project
When you've created every survey, form or project your plan allows, you can add one more:
- At the top of the Surveys, Forms or Projects list, click Add one more survey (or form, or project).
- Or find it on the service's card under Services.
The new item gets the same limits as the ones you already have, and your account's total grows to match. Like other packs, it's a one-time purchase that never expires.
Seat packs
A seat is one person who signs in to your account.
- A trial has 1 seat: you.
- Paying for any service gives 3 seats.
- Need more? When all seats are used, a seat pack is offered on the users list and when adding a user.

AI credit
AI credit lets the assistant write full answers to your questions in plain language.
- It's prepaid: buy it from AI Credit whenever you want.
- It's not part of your subscription and doesn't renew.
- It never expires, even if your subscription ends.
- Each answer costs a small amount, and the panel shows your balance.
- If your credit runs out, the assistant still works for free: it shows you the matching help sections instead of writing an answer.
Rules that apply to every pack
- Packs are sold on paid subscriptions only.
- A pack counts while your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, the pack is not lost. It works again as soon as you renew.
- The Usage screen shows what's left of each pack. Open it from View usage on any limit notice, or from Services.
- Only an account administrator can buy packs.
