Create an account and sign in
Create your account
- On the Pulseform website, click Start Free Trial.
- Enter your name, email address and a password, then click Continue. You can also use Continue with Google.
- We email you a 6-digit Verification code. Type it in and click Verify and create account.
- Wait a moment while your workspace is prepared.
Your 14-day free trial starts now. See Free trial and paid plans.
- Open the website and click Log in.
- Enter your email and password, then sign in. Or use Continue with Google, or a passkey if you added one.
If you created your account with Google, use Continue with Google here too: you have no password to type. If you turned on two-factor authentication, you are still asked for your code after Google.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email. We'll send you a link to choose a new password.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, and make sure you're using the email address the account was created with.
If an administrator created your account, they gave you a temporary password. You'll be asked to choose your own the first time you sign in.
Protect your account
Open Settings, then Security. From there you can:
- Update password: change your password.
- Enable 2FA: two-factor authentication asks for a 6-digit code from an app on your phone, on top of your password.
- Passkeys: sign in with your fingerprint, face or phone PIN, with no password to type.
Warning When you turn on two-factor authentication, save the recovery codes somewhere safe, not on the same phone. They are shown only once, and they are how you get back in if you lose your phone.
Tip If a two-factor code is refused every time, check that your phone's clock is set automatically. A clock that's even a minute off produces codes that don't work.
