Your account details

The My Account page shows your account's name, contact details, regional settings and team. An account administrator can change them, or close the account, from here.

See your account

Open My Account in the side menu. The page shows:

  • The account name, email, phone and address.
  • Total Members: how many people belong to the account.
  • Regional Settings: the date format, timezone and language used across the account.
  • Account Team Members: everyone who has a user on the account. Administrators are marked Admin.

Anyone on the account can see this page. Only an administrator sees the Edit Account button and the close-account section.

Edit the details

  1. On My Account, click Edit Account.
  2. Change what you need:
    • Account Name and Account Slug. The slug is the short name used in your account's links. It takes letters, numbers, dashes and underscores, and no other account can already use it.
    • Main Account Activity: what your organization does.
    • Email Address, Phone Number and Address.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Note Only an account administrator can open the edit page. Other users get an authorization error.

Regional settings

These choices apply to the whole account, not to one person:

  • Default Date Format: how dates are written, for example 2026-10-28 or 28/10/2026.
  • System Timezone: pick your city or region. The list shows each timezone's offset from UTC.
  • Default Language: Arabic or English.

Close the account

At the bottom of My Account, an administrator can use Close account. It cancels every subscription at once, with no refund for the rest of the paid period. The account then stays read-only for 60 days, and after that it is suspended and all of its data, files and remaining AI credit are permanently deleted.

To confirm, type the account name exactly as shown. You can leave a short reason if you want to. If you change your mind, subscribing to any service before the 60 days end keeps everything.
