Pick the kind of answer you expect, such as a mobile number, an email or an Arabic name. Adjust its settings and copy the pattern and a ready error message. It runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.

These settings do not make a valid format.

An answer it accepts:
An answer must match the whole format, so digits followed by a letter are refused.
These patterns use ordinary regular-expression syntax, so most tools that accept one can use them, but engines differ in small ways: test the pattern in your own tool before you rely on it. Outside Pulseform, wrap a pattern in ^ and $ if it does not already have them (the digits-only one does not), because Pulseform alone checks that the whole answer matches.
Inside a form, you do not need to copy anything
The same builder is in every Pulseform form and survey as the Pattern helper. Press Use this, and the pattern and the message are filled into the field.
The free trial allows up to 100 responses per survey or form. For a larger sample, choose a paid plan.
